Envision Broad Ripple is a planning process sponsored by Broad Ripple Village Association, Broad Ripple Alliance for Progress, Green Broad Ripple, City of Indianapolis Department of Metropolitan Development, and Midtown Indianapolis, Inc. (formerly HARMONI). Nearly 300 residents and business owners have participated to date.
