Midtown Indy Issues Request for Interest
Midtown Indy has issued a Request for Interest (RFI) and Call for Proposals (RFP) for property it owns at 4556 N. College Avenue. The process seeks to identify a development partner to facilitate the redevelopment of the property into a mixed-use or multifamily development that aligns with goals of Equitable Transit Oriented Development (ETOD) and the provision of affordable housing for low- and moderate-income families and individuals. This RFI is being issued by Midtown Indy in partnership with the Indianapolis Neighborhood Housing Partnership (INHP), The City of Indianapolis, Department of Metropolitan Development (City), and the AME Crossroads Church (AME). Final responses must be submitted by EOB March 31. More information is posted at the Midtown Indy website.
Midtown Indy Board of Directors Executive Director Search
The Midtown Indianapolis Inc. Board of Directors is seeking applicants for the executive director position. Current executive director Michael McKillip said he is committed to a smooth transition to continue building momentum in the district.
The position will help Midtown Indy fulfill its mission, “To cultivate an equitable, healthy, and sustainable community in which stakeholders of all incomes, races, and ethnicities have access to the opportunities, services, and amenities they need to thrive.”

Emotions at Play with Pixar’s Inside Out
